A full interior renovation of the master suite and addition to the existing living area was created to accommodate a conservatory/ sunroom. The design direction, with the full support of the client, was rich, glamorous interiors. Careful and meticulous consideration was given to the selection of finish materials, furniture and accessories while using a variety of reflective surfaces (glass mosaics, beveled mirrors, and crystals) to provide an opulent and alluring interior design.
KHAWANEEJ FARM CHALET
DUBAI, UAE 600 sqm
A complete interior, exterior and landscape design package was created for this chalet that includes a polo field and ancillary buildings. The brief was to design using traditional Emirate architecture that was achieved through materials found in the Middle East Region (i.e. wind towers, Islamic tracery, etc.).
Inspiration for the interiors is based on an elegant mixture of local UAE architecture and Moroccan designs. Clean stucco walls are used as the backdrop for elaborate and rich wooden inlayed furniture and Islamic-inspired lighting.
